“I Fly”
By Leslie Snyder
A scenic journey begins in Ithaca, New York from an unsigned ambient/post punk rock solo artist named Andy Schwartz. I Fucking Love You is his latest musical endeavor which uses mind imagery to bring out light, darkness, and happiness. I Fucking Love you sounds similar to Herbie Hancock with his dark, but “fluttering” electronic sound. I Fucking Love you released his latest CD “I Fly” on January 22, 2014 featuring seven “mind numbing” instrumental tracks that will make one shiver with excitement.
The mind numbing journey begins with a peaceful walk through the woods on a spring day. This statement best describes the first track “Yes.” This is a calm instrumental track featuring “fluttering” keyboards that sound like birds “chirping” a happy tune about spring bringing hope for a brighter future. Meanwhile, the mind numbing journey continues with overwhelming sadness. This statement best describes the fourth track “White Noise Dance.” This is an “eerie” instrumental track featuring “haunting” keyboards that sound like the devil is laughing at a troubled individual’s misfortunes. This track sounds like the troubled individual is sitting around and “sulking” in a dark room with the sound of “fuzz” blaring from an old television set.
Finally, the mind numbing journey ends with hope for the future. This statement best describes the fifth track “Was This the Best Day Ever?” This is a joyful instrumental track featuring a ukulele “crackling” and the sound of drums lightly “thumping” like two nervous heartbeats. This track sounds like a loving couple who is having their psychedelic wedding ceremony on a warm summer day.
I Fucking Love you is a wonderful musical endeavor from the unsigned ambient/post punk rock solo artist named Andy Schwartz. Andy Schwartz’s latest CD “I fly” best describes how humanity can change its behavior depending on the particular situations that may arise in life. This intense collection of music will make listeners senses go crazy.
